Crossfire Flame (Foot Soak Bath Bomb Cubes)

Inspired by Earl King’s “Cross-Fire,” this spice-charged soak banishes negativity with black pepper, rue, and frankincense. Black pepper warms muscles and boosts circulation; rue draws out pain and reduces inflammation; frankincense oil provides antiseptic relief. Delivering a purifying blaze.

Ritual: Use 1–2 bombs in warm to hot water. Soak 10–20 minutes, periodically massaging your feet. Light a candle by the tub. Watch black pepper and rue purify, then say, “I purge all that no longer serves.”
